Scope

This policy covers the website friedventures.com and the software applications operated by Fried Ventures GmbH that connect to third-party platform APIs (including the LinkedIn Marketing/Advertising API and the Meta Marketing API) for internal marketing reporting.

Website

This website is a static site hosted on GitHub Pages (GitHub, Inc.). We do not set cookies, do not use analytics or tracking, and do not embed third-party content. The hosting provider may process technical server logs (such as IP address and requested URL) as necessary to deliver the site; see GitHub’s privacy documentation for details.

API applications (advertising data)

Our reporting applications access advertising performance data (such as impressions, clicks, spend and conversion metrics on campaign, ad group and ad level) exclusively from advertising accounts that Fried Ventures GmbH owns or manages with the account holder’s authorization. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in analysing and reporting on advertising we operate (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and, where applicable, the performance of contracts with the account holders.

• The data is aggregated campaign performance data; we do not collect personal profiles of platform members through these applications.
• Data is stored in Google BigQuery in the European Union (region: europe-west3, Frankfurt).
• Data is used solely for reporting and analysis for the respective account holder. We do not sell data and do not share it with third parties beyond the processors named here.
• Data is retained for as long as needed for reporting purposes and deleted upon request of the account holder.

Processors

We use Google Cloud (Google Ireland Ltd.) as a processor for data storage and processing, under the EU standard data protection terms offered by Google.

Your rights
